Wanted to share with you some justjohanna cards I’ve done in the past month:

I used blue velvet ribbon and added the rhinestones for an embellishment. The paper is from the My Mind’s Eye paper pack that was sold at Costco a while back.

For this card I used the bleaching technique. I was surprised when the bleached color turned this shade of green that matched Gable Green. The flowers are Primas. I used a rhinestone brad for the middle flower and self-adhesive rhinestones for the smaller flowers.

I wanted to create a masculine card with this image, so I opted for a bigger layout for the focal image. The patterned paper is from Crate Paper and has a lovely texture. I doodled around the focal image to ground it, then added some linen thread tied to the sides.

This time I decided to only use part of the I love cake Background. It’s so fun to read and I love to color in the letters. The designer paper is also from the My Mind’s Eye paper pack. The little flower is from Queen & Co.

Harry Potter update: I wasn’t able to go to the midnight release since my poor Perrin was sick and tested positive for Strep Throat. Thankfully he’s doing much better — no more fever — and is no longer contageous. So I got my book on Saturday and have only been able to spend a few hours reading it.

I’m not a fast reader, by any means. I’m currently on chapter 12 and will finish it before heading to bed. I plan to spend more time reading this week and hope to finish the book quickly. (for me) hehehe!
