Well, this weekend went by too fast for me! We spent the majority of it with us being sick with a cold. I’m still in the process of getting better; at least I don’t need medicine at night anymore. Perrin got well the quickest, Owen still has a cough and Don is just beginning to get sick.

On Saturday Don and I were able to go to the moves to see Casino Royale. We’re big Bond fans over here and really enjoyed the show!

I was finally able to get back to stamping last night, and I am having fun making some Artist Trading Cards. I will share my designs after I have received my swaps back. I like to be surprised by what I get back, and don’t want to spoil it for anyone who feels the same way. There was a time when I wanted to see the swaps ASAP!! Didn’t care how! Hehehehehehehe! But recently I have come to enjoy the surprise of ripping the package open and savoring the swaps!

I also got treated to a Cuttlebug this weekend! Don brought himself home a new XBox game, and I used the opportunity and his good nature to get equal value in something I wanted. Hooray for 50% off coupons during the Holiday weekend! I also picked up one die – concentric hearts, one embossing folder – d’vine swirl, and one embossing pack – stitched squares. I’m having fun with it and plan to pick up another die this week.

I had my Saturday brightened by Amy, or Propecia at SCS. She sent me some cupcake themed goodies!! I was so excited to see a package from her on my doorstep! She always sends good stuff and it so thoughtful! To see what I got take a peek here: Cupcake Christmas. I love it! I already put the ornament on my Christmas tree, too! On the side where you can see it right as you walk in the house! Now I get to have some fun getting goodies together for her!! hehehehe!!

Anyway, I hope you’re all doing well and that the cold and flu bugs passed your homes! It is raining here off and on today. Perrin was super excited to go to school with his new camouflage rain slicker!
