I have some super news to share! This past month I have been thinking about where I want to take my stamping. I have slowly started to submit my work and have been looking for opportunities to take it to the next step. Last month I found out about a call for Design Team members for a stamp company. About 99% of the Design Team calls I find out about are for some form of scrapbooking, which was frustrating because right now I love making cards and other paper crafting projects.

When I saw the call for Design Team applicants for justjohanna I went to check out the stamps! I immediately loved all the cute little birds and had some good giggles at the clever accessories for them! I must say, the birthday hat is still cracking me up! I checked out the requirements for the application and got myself to work. It was quite fun to create projects and I was so nervous to send them in! I really didn’t tell many people that I was trying out for a Design Team because I figured the fewer people who knew, the fewer I had to tell if I didn’t make it. hahahaha!

Then I got the call last week from Johanna herself that they would like for me to join the Design Team! I was very excited and happy to accept! I am thankful to Johanna for the chance to serve on the Design Team! I can’t wait to use those cute little birds and see what I can do with them! I’m also loving the cupcake stamps and hilarious sayings! Those are right up my alley, too!
