Here is another ATC I did for a swap I was in. I have to mention that I have titled myself a Greedy Swapper. This means that I like to sign up for as many rounds as I can of a swap. I just love to see everyone’s creations! This particular swap had eight rounds, so I ended up doing eight different designs. Which is why you’ll be seeing some more ATCs from me. *wink*

By now, I’m sure many of you know about the darling $1.00 clear stamp sets that (if you’re lucky) can be found at Michaels. I was lucky enough to find several of them when they were first put in the stores, and this ATC uses two of those sets.

ATC base is Pumpkin Pie. The top layer is Tempting Turquoise which I scalloped for a decorative edge. Since I knew I wanted to do a shaker for this one, I had to figure out a way to embellish the base without using ribbon. It would have been too bulky for the shaker ATC. So I pierced two rows and did some simple faux stitching. The sentiment was then stamped in the lower right hand corner and set aside.

For the shaker I stamped the cute cupcake on WW and colored with Prismacolors. I had this great orange polka-dot paper by My Mind’s Eye. It’s from their Kaleidoscope line and it’s called Friends Dots. The reverse side is a pretty blue, and that’s how I got my color inspiration for this ATC. I used my Marvy Mega Scallop Circle punch then cut a circle out of the middle with my Coluzzle. A transparency was added for the window, the two layers of the shaker were adhered with foam tape, micro beads were added, and then the shaker was sealed closed. The completed shaker was there adhered to the ATC.

On a side note, I’ve been watching Grey’s Anatomy this week and I’m hooked! I finished the two disk first season last night, so tonight I get to break into Season 2! I keep telling myself, “one more episode!” Then before I know it, it’s 1 AM! Opps!!
