they say it’s (kind of) your birthday
Today is my pseudo Birthday. I’m a Leap Year Baby, born Feruary 29th. So today and tomorrow are the days my Grandma used to tell me were my birthday on the years inbetween Leap Years. Indeed she spoiled me as I was her only Granddaughter. And I admit it, it was fun! I have kept the philosopy that either day is legit to have birthday cake and spoil myself (although I do prefer to keep it in February). I figure any excuse for fun is a good excuse. *wink*
I thought it would be fun to have a little Q&A. Feel free to post any questions you may have for me. They don’t have to be stamping realated! I’ll answer as many as I can over the next few days.
To make it fun for you, too, I’ve decided to go Hobbit for my birthday and I’ll pick some names from those submitting questions and send them a fun BRAK (Birthday RAK) from me! I’ll leave the question submitting up until tomorrow, since my Grandma would have told me that it’s my birthday tomorrow, too!
Until then, eat some cake for me – or if you’re near a Marie Calendar’s, pie is acceptable, too! It’s the last day of their February pie sale today, so I’m going to go and pick my favorite for us to have for dessert tonight!

Do you have an art training background? How do you work on being a better artist/crafter? Do you just create and play ? How do you improve?
I am loving my new hobby – stamping — but I guess I tend to “book-learn.” I need help developing creativity… It is great that you were crafting since you were young and your parents were instrumental in that.
You’re obviously a busy girl. What do you do when you’re stressed? (I throw ice cubes outside when I’m REALLY mad…its a physical release, like kicking something without anything, or me getting hurt.) What do YOU do when you get stressed? Talk it out? Need alone time? Bake? Stamp? If it was bake, I wish you lived near me, baking actually stresses me. Hope you have a great birthday.
